Heard the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu and perused the report submitted and this Court finds that the expenditure has to be incurred for the additional repair and renovation work. Accordingly, the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu is permitted to utilize a sum of Rs.94,813/- (Rupees Ninety Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirteen only) from the accumulation of funds of Financial Year 2018-19 of Iyyapillai Charitites Trust for entrusting additional repair and renovation work at the Triplicane Co-operative Bank Limited, the tenant portion at No.35, Pycrofts Road, Triplicane, Chennai-600 005 from the quotation of Ruth Builders, Ruth House, No.10 (Old No.1/3), Sri Valluvapuram Street, Perambur, Chennai-600 011.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
