ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2013, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.
2. It is seen from records that there are civil proceedings pending between the parties and presently, it is at the stage of appeal in A.S.No.6 of 2012, pending on the file of the SubCourt, Dharapuram. This appeal has been filed by this petitioner. That apart, during the pendency of this writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition, it was also reported before this Court that an enquiry was conducted by the Tahsildar, Kangeyam and the land was also measured and an order was also passed in that regard.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and no final report has been filed in view of the pendency of the writ petition.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot granted by this Court. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
