Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that after granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 04.06.2024, the de-facto complainant has filed two FIRs lodged before the respondent police against this petitioner and the same were closed as Mistake of Fact.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submitted that he sought permission of this Court the defacto complainant not to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 19 of 2024 by the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
