The petitions are filed for quashing the proceedings in M.C.No.4 of 2015 and C.C.No.37 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thirupattur, Vellore District.

2.Today, the petitioners, the second respondent and their respective counsel are present and their identification have been verified. They have filed a joint compromise memo stating that the matter has been settled amicably and the second respondent has also stated that she has no objection to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.4 of 2015 and C.C.No.37 of 2015. 3.Recording the joint compromise memo filed by the petitioners as well as the second respondent, the Criminal Original Petitions stand allowed and the proceedings in M.C.No.4 of 2015 and C.C.No.37 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thirupattur, Vellore District, are hereby quashed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
