Sub.A.No.801 of 2024 in Cont.P.No.1952 of 2023 M.S.Ramesh.J., The learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, has already complied with the order of the Writ Court and had also directed the Director, Adi Dravidar Welfare, Chepauk, Chennai - 5, as well as the District Collector, Villupuram, to file a compliance report, which is pending.

2. Thus, it appears that the noncompliance is on the part of the Director of Adi Dravidar Welfare and the District Collector.

3. Accordingly, the Sub Application stands ordered and (1) Director, Adi Dravidar Welfare, Chepauk, Chennai - 5 and

(2) District Collector, Villupuram, are SuoMotu impleaded as party respondents in the Contempt Petition.

4. The learned Additional Advocate General seeks time to get instructions.

5. Post the matter on 25.10.2024.
