The present civil revision petition is directed against the fair and final order dated 30.04.2014 in I.A.No.589 of 2014 in I.A.No.352 of 2014 in O.S.No.109 of 2014.

2. By the said order, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Alangiyam was asked to give police protection to the respondent to enforce the order in I.A.No.352 of 2014. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has also filed a civil miscellaneous appeal against the order dated 27.03.2014 and the appeal is pending before the Sub-court, Tharapuram. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the suit itself has become infructuous since the respondent vacated the premises on 31.12.2013. Recording the same, the present civil revision petition is closed. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
