PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.365 of 2018 dated 26.11.2018 for offences under Section 151 of Cr.P.C pending on the file of the respondent police No.1 and quash the same as illegal as against petitioner alone.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.365 of 2018 dated 26.11.2018 for offences under Section 151 of Cr.P.C pending on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the closure report has been filed as 'Further Action Dropped' on 26.11.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Cuddalore.
3.Recording the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
