The above application has been filed to permit the applicant/plaintiff to amend the cause title in the plaint in C.S.No.926 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the defendants stated that they have no objection in allowing the application.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed as prayed for.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff is directed to amend the cause title on or before 08.07.2019 and also directed to file amended copy of the plaint to all the defendants viz., D1 to D6on or before 15.07.2019, and thereafter, all the parties are directed to file draft issues on or before 22.07.2019.
