ORDER

The contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18013 of 2020 dated 12.12.2020, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the proceedings of the Sub Registrar, Bhuvanagiri dated 04.09.2024 was placed before this Court. 3.On considering the submissions made on either side and after taking note off the above proceedings, this contempt petition is closed after recording compliance.
