Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (e) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12463 of 2021 dated 19.07.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.VINODHKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12463 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 9, 10 Prohibition of Child Marriage Act 2006 r/w 5(1), 6, 17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act 376(2)(n) of IPC, in Crime No.250 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
