ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to include the Sections 307, 324, 506 (ii) and 294 (b) of the Indian Penal Code in Cr.No.1 of 2014.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and a closure report was filed before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet.

3. In view of the closure report filed by the respondent Police, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the Court below and workout her remedy in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
