This petition is filed to condone the delay of 207 days in filing the writ appeal.

Learned counsel for the third respondent opposes the petition on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 207 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

The petition stands allowed and is disposed of.
