This criminal original petition has been preferred praying to grant leave to the petitioner to file the above appeal against the judgment made in CC.No.12429 of 2018 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court V, Saidapet, Chennai 600 015 dated 15.04.2024. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of

this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
