COMMON ORDER Ms.A.L.Gandhimathi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioners submitted that the relief sought for in the main suits has become infructuous on account of the subsequent elections and, therefore, prayed that the present Civil Revision Petitions be allowed.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the second Respondent in C.R.P.No.2167 of 2022.

This Court has considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing on either side and, in view of the fact that the relief sought in the main suits has become infructous, finds no impediment in allowing these Civil Revision Petitions. Accordingly, both the Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
