ORDER

On 20.11.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent No. 3, seeking issuance of Patta for the land bearing Survey No.76/2B situated in Thenkumarai Post, Attur Taluk, Salem District. As the said request is still pending consideration, seeking to expedite the same, the present writ petition is filed by the petitioner before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the pendency of the representation dated 20.11.2015 filed by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent, a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations dated 20.11.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the copy of this order after affording on opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
