This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8599 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the learned Special Judge for EC & NDPS Act cases, Salem, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has also been taken up in Spl.C.C.No.22 of 2023 on the file of the learned Special Judge for EC & NDPS Act cases, Salem and the case now stands posted on 26.06.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8599 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge for EC & NDPS Act cases, Salem on 26.06.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
