No.1817 of 2015 on the file of the learned II Additional Family Judge, Principal Family Court, Chennai, was disposed of. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. 3.In view of the endorsement made by the Representing Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
