Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent herein bearing pending Doc.No.P 19 of 2018, dated 03.09.2018 (dispatched on 7.9.2018) and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to complete the registration of the said pending document bearing No.P 19/2018 and return the registered document to the petitioner within such time as may be prescribed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the third respondent has registered the pending document as Doc.No.2447 of 2018 and the same would be released to the petitioner.

2. Such statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded and the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
