This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment dated 24.01.2025 made in CC.No.415 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi, Coimbatore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 30 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
