O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the memo dated 08.05.2014 issued by the 1st respondent and also the consequential enquiry proceedings dated 25.10.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in the criminal case registered against the petitioner, he has suffered the order of conviction in Spl. Case No.03 of 2013 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur, pursuant to which, petitioner had already been terminated from service. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
