ORDER

Seeking a direction to the the respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Kattumannarkoil Police Station, Cuddalore District to register the complaint dated 15.03.2015 and file a final report in accordance with law and to give police protection to the petitioner's family, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the police are conducting enquiry in CSR.No.68 of 2015.

4. The police shall conduct an enquiry and complete the same and either register a case or drop action expeditiously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
