Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to extend the benefit of the G.O.Ms.No.664 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 24.08.1992 to the petitioners for which the petitioners made representation dated 07.02.2013 and 09.02.2013 respectively to the respondent.

Claiming benefits under G.O.Ms.No.664 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 24.08.1992, the petitioners had made representations on 07.02.2013 and 09.02.2013 to the respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the representation of petitioners have not been disposed of by the respondent till date.
3. Mr. V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that if a specific direction be given to the respondent to consider the petitioners' representation, the same would be complied with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2013 on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
