ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2015 dated 03.01.2015 and to file final report, within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the nature of the allegations found in the F.I.R., it may not be possible for this Court to issue a time frame for the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2015 and to file final report instead, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation.
