ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.03.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

3. It is seen that the complaint given by the petitioner to the District Collector has been forwarded to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District and enquiry is being conducted.

4. The respondents police shall conduct an enquiry and complete the same and either register a case or drop action expeditiously.
