This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to conduct the trial in the above C.C.No.2594 of 2017.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent.
