2.This case is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1356 of 2018 etc batch, dated 20.09.2018. Accordingly, the First Information Report in Crime No.969 of 2018, on the file of the respondent, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
