ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation on 28.05.2020 inter alia alleging that encroachment has been made in S.Nos.102/1, 106/2B and 107/1 of Porpadakurichi Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District. On receipt of the said representation the second respondent, in and by the proceedings in Na.Ka.M5/3403/2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 10.06.2020, directed the third respondent to look into the same and take appropriate action.

Since no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration of the above, a direction is issued to the third respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.05.2020 by following due procedure and after issuing notice to the concerned parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that the petitioner shall also be put on notice before taking a final decision.

3. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
