The petitioner herein is filed a petition to modify the bail condition of reporting before the Investigating Officer daily.
2. It is stated by the petitioner that it is not conducive for him to report before the Investigating Officer and facing immense mental and physical sufferings by the respondent police.

However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent states that anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner on condition that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This order was passed on 29.04.2022. The petitioner reported before the Investigating Officer for the first time on 24.06.2022 and continued to report for next four days till 28.06.2022. Thereafter, when he was asked to appear before the potential test, he has absconded and till date he is not reported. Therefore, he submitted that steps is taken to cancel the anticipatory bail granted.
4. In view of the above fact, this petition is dismissed.
