ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.03.2015 and to proceed further in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has entered into an agreement with the proposed accused on 01.07.2012 for sale of property and had received Rs.28 lakhs. The allegation of the petitioner is that balance sale consideration of Rs.22 lakhs has not been paid by the proposed accused.

4.A reading of the complaint would go to show that the dispute is contractual in nature and therefore, no positive direction could be granted to the petitioner. However, it is left https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
