O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties pursuant to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 12784 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was able to get the certified copy of the order only on 05.10.2020 and thereby he was unable to comply with the condition within the time limit. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this petition is ordered and time is extended for further period of two weeks to the petitioner to surrender before the trial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
