ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to investigate and register the complaint dated 16.03.2015 made by the petitioner, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending and that the petitioner was also directed to appear before the respondent police on 30.03.2015. The petitioner did not appear before the respondent police.

4.This Courts directs the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry and appear before the Investigating Officer and this Court further directs the third respondent to register a case if any congnizable offence is made out and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
