ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and to handover her custody, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the father of the detenue.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenue has been secured and produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Tiruvannamalai. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the habeas corpus petition stands closed. Liberty is also given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law including approaching the Child Welfare Committee, Tiruvannamalai.
