These petitions are filed seeking to (a) condone the delay of 259 days in filing the above petition, (b) set aside the abatement caused in the above petition and (c) bring on the record as the respondents 3 to 5 herein as the deceased 2nd respondent Saravanakumar by ranking Amutha, Shanjuvikashini (Minor) and K.S.Dhaniska (Minor) as the respondents 3 to 5 in the above C.R.P.No.2900 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments.
