Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the 3rd respondent in Ku.No.2738.2015/A5 dated 12.01.2021, to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents to appoint the petitioners as Gang Mazdoos in the existing or future vacancies in regular time scale of pay in the light of the order dated 09.12.2005 in WP.No.36623 of 2004 which has been upheld by the Division Bench of this Court.
