O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner. 2.We are of the view that the petitioner has no special expertise or knowledge of the subject to have approached this Court through the public interest litigation. We may note with
regret that unfortunately he has already been able to stall the project by six months by moving the National Green Tribunal. Now, despite our orders being in force dated 22.03.2016, once again the same issue is sought to be raised even though our directions are clear and learned Assistant Solicitor General states that this Court's directions are being adhered to. 3.Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.18740 and 18741 of 2016 also stand dismissed. sra Sd/- Asst.Registrar /true copy/ Sub Asst.
