The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to release the original Sale Deed registered as Document No.1697/2011 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Kodambakkam, Chennai. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that the Sale Deed dated 25.05.2011 was presented for registration before the 1st respondent and the same was also registered as Document No.1697/2011, however, the 1st respondent has not released the document yet.

3.Mr.B.Kannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the registered Sale Deed dated 25.05.2011 is laying in the Office of the 1st respondent and the petitioner can collect the document any time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents to the effect that the petitioner can collect the registered Sale Deed in Document No.1697/2011 from the Office of the 1st respondent without paying any additional charges, the Writ Petition stands closed.
