ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 23.03.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law expeditiously and consequently direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation of the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.03.2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
