This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.73 of 2015 on the file of the Central Crime Branch, ACP-II, Team-II, Tambaram City Police, Sholinganallur, Chennai-119 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.73 of 2015 as against the accused persons for the offences under Sections 419, 465, 467 and 468 of the IPC. He further submitted that no source is available to trace out the accused persons and no document is available to send the same to Forensic Department. In view of the same, the respondent-Police were

unable to trace out the persons. Hence, the respondent-Police filed a non-traceable report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram, Chennai.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
