ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 12.03.2015 and to investigate the same as in accordance with law expeditiously and consequently direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation of the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.A reading of the complaint would go to show that the proposed accused induced the petitioner and obtained sale deed in his favour by deception. According to the petitioner, he agreed only to mortgage the property with the proposed accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In my considered opinion, such allegation cannot be investigated by the respondent police and it is only for the Civil Court to decide such an issue.

5.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed however, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
