The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copies of the award in M.C.O.P.No.5218 of 2021.

2. The reason stated by the Petitioner is found acceptable. Hence, the Petition in C.M.P.No.14960 of 2025 is allowed. The production of certified copies of the award in M.C.O.P.No.5218 of 2021 dated 25.10.2024 is dispensed with.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
