O R D E R
The petitioner has come up with a grievance that he was not paid the salary and allowances for holding the post of Director in charge of State Resource Centre for the period from 22.07.2010 to 27.09.2012, besides the pay equivalent of the Earned Leave/HPL, which https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
he is entitled. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 11.08.2014 requesting the first respondent to disburse the same. Since there was no follow up action taken, the petitioner was constrained to file this writ petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Electricity Board.
3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.08.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
