2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made, the petitioner is directed to make a mention before the respondent Tribunal for early disposal of the appeal. On such mentioning, the Tribunal is directed to consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of mentioning by the petitioner.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
