Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief of issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the 5th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7018/B2/2013 dated 19.11.2013 and the order passed by the 6th respondent in his proceedings No.89/2013-14 dated 20.11.2013 and to quash the said orders and consequently direct the respondents to

confer all consequential benefits to the petitioner. For petitioner :

ORDER

Challenging the proceedings of the 5th respondent cancelling the approval of the appointment of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant in the 5th respondent School and the consequential proceedings issued by the 6th respondent relieving her from the post of B.T. Assistant and also seeking for a direction to the respondents to confer all the benefits to her, the petition has come forward with this writ petition.

2. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to the right of the petitioner. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. This court, accordingly, grants permission to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.
