ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the first respondent relating to the impugned award dated 12.01.2012 in I.D.No.64 of 2007 on its file and quash the same.
2. Heard Mr.K.Ravindranath, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Veeramarthini, learned counsel for R2 and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner Management has challenged the award of the first respondent dated 12.01.2012 passed in I.D.No.64 of 2007 in this Writ Petition. The deceased second respondent had filed the Industrial Dispute challenging his termination due to retrenchment. The award came to be passed on 12.01.2012 by giving him the relief of reinstatement with all other attendant benefits without backwages.

4. The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that in compliance of the said award, the second respondent was reinstated and he has completed his service and retired and thereafter died. Hence, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
5. In view of the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
