O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been preferred by the petitioner challenging the rejection order dated 16.05.2024 passed by the respondent and the order scheduling draw of lots on 18.06.2024 at 2.00 PM published in the respondent website. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondent to award the dealership to the petitioner under Group I category by accepting the alternative land provided by the petitioner under registered lease deed dated 03.06.2024 vide Doc.No.1418 of 2024, SRO Marandahalli within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
