Prayer: These writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order in the nature of writ of Mandaums, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.05.2016 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to provide an alternative place for running a cycle shop by alloting a one shop portion to the petitioner in the shops constructed in the New Bus Terminus at Thirukoilur, within the limits of Thirukoilur Town Panchayat, Villupuram District.

COMMON ORDER No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.Heard Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned counsel for the fourth respondent. 3.The petitioners made a representations on 02.05.2016 to the second respondent, seeking a permission to provide an alternative place for running a cycle shop by allotting shops in the shops constructed in the New Bus Terminus at Thirukoilur within the limits of Thirukoilur Town Panchayat, Villupuram District. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Taking into consideration of the pendency of the aforesaid representation and without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, these writ petitions are allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
