This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16808 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13273 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 20.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
