ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioners seek for an early disposal of O.S. No.168 of 2025, pending on the file of the District Munsif court, Omalur. 3.The petitioners are the plaintiffs and the respondents are the defendants in the suit. The petitioners have raised grounds that on account of non-filing of the written statement by the sixth defendant, there is a delay in disposal of the suit O.S. No.168 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif court, Omalur.

4.No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the District Munsif Court, Omalur to dispose of the suit O.S. No.168 of 2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Since the sixth defendant is yet to file his written statement and the trial is yet to commence, this Court is of the considered view that a direction can be issued to the District Munsif court, Omalur to dispose of O.S. No.168 of 2025 within a period of 18 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after the sixth defendant is allowed to file the written statement and the Trial Court frames issue and after conducting trial. 6.Accordingly, this Court directs the District Munsif Court, Omalur to dispose of the suit O.S. No.168 of 2025, within a period of 18 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after the sixth defendant is allowed to file the written statement and the Trial Court frames issue and after conducting trial. 7.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

8.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 18-06-2026 vga
