2.The present petition is filed to condone the delay of 21 days in filing the Appeal Suit.

3.In the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition, the petitioner has given sufficient reasons to condone the delay.

4.Since the delay has been satisfactorily and convincingly explained, the Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 21 days in filing the Appeal suit is condoned.
