The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.155 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pending investigation, the petitioners herein have challenged the FIR in Crime No.155 of 2012 by way of Crl.O.P.No.17896 of 2013, which was, after hearing both sides and upon perusal of the records, allowed and the criminal proceedings in Crime No.155 of 2012 was quashed, by order of this Court dated 19.07.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
